CLIENTS

Joe Reidy, Jose Vazquez, Marina Shelton

Ross Lilley runs an organization called Access Sport America (ASA). ASA provides opportunities and the assistive devices (often novel devices that Lilley has developed) for people with disabilities to engage in sports from windsurfing to soccer. Lilley has also designed and fabricated a gait-trainer that helps people develop the muscles they need to stand, walk, and run. Students worked with a number of Lilley’s clients to design and fabricate non-traditional wearable mechanical/mechatronic devices to help with activities and experiences. The students' work seeks to help their clients to return to hobbies they had before their stroke or traumatic brain injury.
